When was the last time you genuinely showed yourself love?
I challenge you to Get a self love journal right now and start by writing 10 things you love about yourself and why. Then follow that up with writing 5 things that make you happy. Whether it be a hobby you love to do or something new you want to try. Traveling maybe a staycation where you clear out an entire weekend deticated to you. Stay with me now, then follow that up with 5 things you want to improve in your life mentally, physically and emotionally and work your way down the list from TOP TO BOTTOM.

Create self care rituals - Every Sunday
Take it one day at a time - There will be setbacks they are part of the journey to perseverance.
unpack your feelings in a journal daily - Or every 2 to 3 days
Actively do the hard work - self work, counseling & theraphy are reccomended communication is key.
Get active - boost your mood, have more energy, relieve stress and move around. Take a hike, rock climb or go to the gym.

Respect yourself by setting boundaries
Appreciate yourself so others appreciate you
Be real, be honest, be your authentic self
Trust your self, trust your intuition
Schedule quality time for yourself - journaling, meditation, self care.
Learn to communicate
Get really honest - meet your own needs
Be kind and gentle with yourself always
No one likes a people pleaser but the love to use them
Show up for yourself with your head held high
Be confident in who you are and your abilities
Take care of your body eat good, feel good and work out regularly.
